Nearly 18-Foot Burmese Python Captured in Florida National Preserve

A Burmese python that was nearly 18 feet in length was recently captured in Florida and the massive reptile will haunt your dreams.

Kevin Reich of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) Python Action Team caught the female Burmese python, which was 17.9 feet long and weighed about 83 pounds, in the Big Cypress National Preserve in Ochopee, Florida, on Friday, Fox 13 News reported.
