Republican Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday had some colorful remarks to describe the conspiracy surrounding American financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s death.
Kennedy while questioning Federal Bureau of Prisons Director Kathleen Hawk Sawyer urged the director to “tell the American people what happened.”
“Christmas ornaments, drywall and Jeffrey Epstein – name three things that don’t hang themselves,” he said. “That’s what the American people think … and they deserve some answers.”
