Not to mention identical twin studies…they say 85% is ALL by environment ie epigenetic. The rest is a combo of in utero epigenetic and snv across the genome.

It may not be a choice BORN one way or another, propensity but remaining is a choice. Epigenetics is adaptive change.

The Oldest Living Organisms are the Age of the Food
The oldest living things are that old…around 4500 years old, bristlecone pines. The oldest coral too. Languages, writing, civilizations, ruins etc all never go beyond that time.
No one knows how much clonal tree root systems would endure, supposedly 10,000 year old ROOT systems. Besides these trees are dated. Look into how they’re dated, they are forced to use the decaying remnants of trunks to assume an age. It’s definitely not precise, even for carbon dated methods.
