Documents released by House Democrats Tuesday show Connecticut congressional candidate Robert F. Hyde in contact with an associate of President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, purportedly relaying information about the location of U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, a central figure in the impeachment inquiry into the president.
