MSNBC reporter Alison Morris responded to overwhelming criticism on Twitter after saying what many heard to be a racial slur while reporting on the death of NBA legend Kobe Bryant on Sunday. In a tweet, the reporter denies that she said a racial slur, claiming she “unfortunately stuttered on air, combining the names of the Knicks and Lakers to say ‘Nakers.'”
