The fear of the corona virus has now also reached Germany. However, there are still numerous people who are not too worried about Covid-19. The Postillon is therefore presenting five new rumors about the corona virus to further increase the panic:
1. If you look a sick person in the eye, get infected.
For weeks, researchers puzzled how the corona virus could spread so rapidly. It is now known that it is transmitted through eye contact. It is therefore safest to blindfold and not to trust anyone. Like in “Bird Box”? Oh, we didn’t even think about it. But exactly: As in “Bird Box”.
2. The windier it is, the faster the virus spreads.
Scientists from Tokyo discovered a causal link between wind speed and the number of infections this week. In wind speeds between 3 and 6, about half of the population is infected.
