The Teachings of the Buddha and Jesus Flow From The Same Divine Inspiration

God–Unknown as to existence and nature in Siddhartha Gautama’s teachings, declared in the Christian’s book.

Jesus…Siddhartha Gautama: Two of the world’s great teachers–gurus, summa cum laude

Enlightenment–Attained by meditation on my path. Deviation from The Noble Eightfold Path is an obstacle to attainment. Hence, in my view, the Christian notion of ‘sin.’ It’s well within our human nature to stray from The Noble Eightfold Path, from this Christianity derives the notion of ‘original sin,’ since such deviations are inherent. In Christianity, the equivalent is eternal life. but for a soul that is not considered to exist in Siddhartha’s teachings…yet is declared to exist in Hinduism.

The Holy Spirit–On my path, this would be the in-dweller, which, it is said, lies within us all (e.g. Luke 17:21 KJV, and also Siddhartha Gautama…the truth lies within</>i). It is our awareness of same we seek to become aware of in meditation…awareness of our inseparable union. This is what is meant by gnothi seauthon [γνῶθι σεαυτόν] inscribed, so it is said, on the Oracle at Delphi

“The way”–The Tao…the flow of all existence, of being…and all in the Now.

And Satan: As Siddhartha was tempted by Earthly delights under the bodhi-tree by Mara, so was Jesus tempted by Mara (aka Satan) during his 40-day sojourn in the desert. Mara (Satan) is a deification (or, anthropomorphisation) of the temptations offered to our corporeal being)

Love flows like a river in and after meditation…ineluctably…a key element of Siddhartha and Yeshua’s teachings
