“Probably no one has heard of a mask from you until now,” Trump said in front of a crowd of masked reporters as he campaigned for mouth-to-nose protection. “But I’m on the track of a very hot thing and really believe that we could effectively fight the corona pandemic. Science should take a closer look at that.”
Epidemiologists are impressed by the President’s ingenuity. “Wow! The idea of wearing masks wherever you can’t keep a distance is awesome! If you had introduced something like this in April or May, you could have avoided tens of thousands of deaths.”
