Joe Biden’s plan to subvert suburban America could be a game-changer on Nov. 3
● Joe Biden’s campaign website reveals plans for a federal takeover of local zoning laws to force suburban jurisdictions with single-family homes and minimum lot sizes to build “affordable” high density housing.
● Professed purpose: “To invest in our communities through housing by rebuilding the middle class and ensuring that this time everyone is included.” Translation: Inundate the suburbs with low-income public housing projects.
● Actual purpose: To eviscerate GOP voting strength in the suburbs by relocating legions of government-dependent voters from the inner city.
● Result No. 1: Crime will skyrocket and property values will plummet, both of which will adversely affect Democrats and Independents who also own homes in the suburbs.
● Result No. 2: Once-safe communities will become challenging places to live or raise a family.
● Result No. 3: Suburban jurisdictions will be forced to build new schools and bigger water & sewer systems needed to accommodate high density living.
● Result No. 4: If elected, Democrats will defund the police and confiscate guns, leaving suburban families defenseless against street crime and home invasions. Meanwhile, Democrat elected officials will be protected by heavily-armed security guards funded by taxpayers.
● How you vote on Nov. 3 will determine whether America’s suburbs will be converted by federal mandates into the kind of urban war zones that plague law-abiding citizens of all races who live in troubled areas of Democrat-controlled cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Baltimore and Atlanta.
