Arizona Senate President Karen Fann says she is just responding to concerns her constituents have expressed about the 2020 election.
Her actions make it impossible to give that rationale any credence. Every step she has taken couldn’t be more precisely calculated to advance former President Donald Trump’s claim that the 2020 election was stolen.
If Fann had a sincere desire to respond to constituent concerns, there was a responsible way to do it. In fact, the GOP-led Oversight Committee of the Michigan Senate has done it, in a recently released report.
