Well, here’s a call-out to all Christians… here’s your chance to fulfill 1 Peter 3:15 …😊
I’ll quote it here from the American Standard Version:
14 But even if ye should suffer for righteousness’ sake, blessed are ye: and fear not their fear, neither be troubled;
15 but sanctify in your hearts Christ as Lord: being ready always to give answer to every man that asketh you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, yet with meekness and fear:
16 having a good conscience; that, wherein ye are spoken against, they may be put to shame who revile your good manner of life in Christ.
And so I invite you, if you are a Christian, to answereth my question concerning the hope that is in you…
What is the “hope” that is in you?
I want to know:
1. Does it include (as the “Good Book” says) infinite torment for all sinners (which number all for All Have Sinned) save those saved by Christ (which number few)?
2. Does it include you personally getting to sing the praises of Lord YHWH the Magnificent and Beneficent for all time whilst deep beneath your spiritual feet lie tormented liars? For all time and forever more? Will you trumpet His Mercy, His Love, His Kindness, His Grace and His Tenderness as Satan (whom He created) tends the coals of the eternal fires of Hell?
P.S. If you’re one of those Christians who would defend your foul faith by claiming for it “allegorical meaning”… please… explain the “allegorical meaning” of all of the nonsense to be found in the Bible.
P.P.S. Don’t forget to love the Lord your God who is a Jealous God… but before you do that, don’t forget to FEAR the Lord your God… just don’t go pretending to me that you’ve got a religion of love there when you’ve got a religion of fear (of a Bronze Age war-god, no less)… with the twist of defining “Love” to incorporate interminable incorporeal corporeal punishment.
