– Two Portland-area residents were arrested on Wednesday after allegedly attacking the owner of a downtown Eugene store and capturing the incident on camera, but this isn’t the first time they’ve been accused of trespassing.
Ricki Collin, 34, and Amy Hall, 45, are facing third-degree assault charges, a felony, after the incident at Crumb Together on Oak Street.
It all started when the two reportedly walked in without masks and refused to leave, and ended with the store owner going to the hospital for treatment of cuts and bruises following the altercation.

Collin has an open trespassing case in Washington County and is carged with seven misdemeanors, including trespassing while in possession of a firearm.
He has reportedly posted several videos to a YouTube channel in which he is seen confronting law enforcement and others about mask mandates.
