Majority of Germans grateful that Jesus died for an extra long weekend

Freitag, 15. April 2022

His sacrifice was not in vain: 97 percent of all German citizens feel deep gratitude towards Jesus, the Son of God, because he died almost 2000 years ago so that people today can enjoy an extra-long weekend. This is the result of a recent survey by the opinion research institute Opinion Control .

“Of course, the whole hustle and bustle surrounding the birth of this Jesaulus, or whatever this Easter Bunny is called, is annoying,” admits the 30-year-old atheist Soren Blomquist from Rostock. “But that’s an excellent reward for four days off in a row, and I’m grateful to this guy for that.”

According to Opinion Control , the three percent who do not enjoy the holidays are the few truly believing Christians in Germany. They cannot use the nice weather on the days off to relax because most of the time they will be in gloomy church services.

I don’t get a long weekend for the birth of Jesaulus.

But what does our community think about spending the weekend in gloomy church services?

Happy another stolen pagan holiday Christians!
