A CNN rundown of former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson’s book Enough contains some pretty dark and not all that unbelievable shit, including her boss, Mark Meadows admitting that the administration and campaign did kind of kill one-time GOP presidential primary candidate Herman Cain by exposing him to COVID-19 at the infamous failed Tulsa rally in June 2020.
The best part is that a spokesperson for Meadows doesn’t deny to CNN that the disgraced former Chief of Staff literally said “We killed Herman Cain” in the aftermath, but that it was out of some sort of twisted sarcasm. “In the days after he was expressing exasperation that the media would blame the President for Mr Cain’s death. Very different,” the Meadows spokesworm said.
