Some of Trumps second term flurry of EO’s Trump are again demonstrating an abuse of power, violations of the United States Constitution, undermining the rule of law, and endangering the public.

At the root of the conflict was OMB’s withholding of some $400 million in military assistance to Ukraine in 2019 that had been appropriated and signed into law. The White House eventually released the funding before it expired, but it led to the House’s impeachment of Trump last year.
Note: Russell Vought was OMB Director at the time and is nominated to be OMB Director again by Trump.
To the clusterfuck of Trumps recently impounding of congressionally approved and signed into Law funds is in clear violation of the Constitution. The Constitution does not give the president unilateral authority to withhold enacted funding. That is the sole purview of Congress.
Trump declaring the end to Birthright Citizenship is another clear violation of the Constitution.
