If every governor in America were like Ron DeSantis, our country would be a powerhouse the likes of which the world has never seen for the next millennia.
Our culture would be strong and pro-American.
Our people would be united, thankful, and prosperous.
More than anything, we’d be able to trust government again.
The Florida Republican continues to backhand the Biden administration and the lying liars who continue to tell Americans that the COVID vaccines are effective as hell while expecting us to act like they’re not.
“Take the vaccine so we can get back to normal!” we’re told, right before we’re also told, “But continue wearing a mask because COVID!!”
It’s stupid, it’s idiotic, and it goes completely against 100 years of vaccine science.
You get a vaccine to become immune. Period.
Once you get a disease, you also become immune because your body builds antibodies. Period.
But not with COVID. No, for some reason, this virus is rewriting the virus manual.
Except it isn’t. And DeSantis isn’t laying down for the BS anymore. He’s telling his residents to live like normal.
The Washington Examiner reports:
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has challenged the advice of Dr. Anthony Fauci and others in the medical community who are encouraging people to continue social distancing and wearing a mask once they are fully vaccinated.
“My view is if you get a vaccine, the vaccines are effective, you’re immune, and so, act immune,” DeSantis told a crowd in Lakeland, Florida.
The Republican governor argued that people have become discouraged from getting the vaccine since doing so will result in no major changes in their daily lives.
“I think the messaging is horrific,” DeSantis said. “I think the messaging should be, ‘Get a vaccine because it’s good for you to do it. It works. You’re not going to have to have to be doing anything abnormal. You can live your life.’ That’s got to be what the message is.”
