R&I NV — What Some Call Spirit, or Holy Spirit, Is Within All Of Us, With No Exceptions
Each one of us reading these words has Spirit within us, as do all those who are living at this moment.
Spirit is the life~consciousness which enters all of us. Absent Spirit, we are no longer alive.
Christianity has borrowed this Spirit, this biological process, made a god of it, and labelled it the Holy Spirit, or Holy Ghost.
We all have Spirit within us, all Christians very much included.
For how could it be otherwise?
Without this Spirit, we would indeed be dead.
Christian doctrine disallows the absolute inclusivity of Spirit within each of us, while declaring we can only have Spirit if we follow the Christian doctrine.
Yet each person alive has Spirit within, quite independent of any religion’s doctrine.
Questions
1. Do you consider Spirit to be an innate quality in all of us?
2. Do you think a religion’s doctrine alters the truth of Spirit within?
3. As you read this OP, did you find yourself agreeing…or shaking your head in disagreement?
