When animal rights activists stormed an NBA game, it was the real NBA and during the playoffs. They were guaranteed a huge audience. Confused pro-abortion activists in Brooklyn attempted the same thing but during a WNBA game. I say confused because a) the right to abort your choices isn’t at risk in NYC, b) no one watches the WNBA, and c) they were topless for some reason.
Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights says they weren’t protesting the players or the game, but that it was now time to rise up and take to the streets to save Roe v. Wade. As you can see by the empty seats in the arena, nearly tens of people were on hand to witness this brave act of defiance. And a brief interruption of… I don’t know. I guess they were playing a game or something.
