Issues with Mercer County voting machine scanners means some ballots will be counted by hand

There were some issues with voting machine scanners in Mercer County this Election Day, according to the county board of elections.

Mercer County election officials say that the Dominion voting scanners would not read the ballots. Voters were still able to cast their votes but completed ballots must be dropped in a slot on the top of the machine and will be counted late.
