It’s almost Christmas and when you think Christmas and movies a few things come to mind immediately…
Christmas Vacation (am I right?)
Die Hard (yes, it’s a Christmas movie!)
Home Alone (such a classic)
And…..A Charlie Brown Christmas!
Such a classic.
A clear moment of time’s past, when an entire chunk of scripture was proudly read on the air and all major TV networks broadcast it each year.
But did you know that there was a hidden message in A Charlie Brown Christmas that you might not have noticed?
Once you see it you can’t miss it.
Did you know that Linus only drops his blanket one time in the whole movie?
The ONLY time Linus drops his blanket is when he reads the Christmas Story on the stage and it’s right when he says “Fear Not!”
…
A big shout out to my friend Ted for pointing this out to me, I had never noticed this before!
The Story of Christmas…..please SHARE!

I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
