– the URL
– name of the source (i.e. CNN, Fox News)
– YOUR OWN TITLE for the post
You must create your OWN title and may not use any images or content from the article. Increasingly we are having issues with news sites who do not allow even the posting of a brief excerpt of text or even the title. As the news industry evolves so too must we evolve. We wish to continue to discuss articles, but need to protect ourselves against copyright abuse complaints.
Please note that the following sources are banned and not allowed on BNR:
– Huffington Post
– Buzzfeed
– ALL sources from the UK
- Only registered Authors can write Religion or Perspectives pieces.
- Only registered Author OPs are published immediately.
- If you are already an Author here, you do not need to request to be an Author again. Please use WordPress to create and publish your OPs.
- This ‘Author a Post’ tool is only intended for those who do not have Author permissions to publish via WordPress. It utilizes a Restricted Author account that sends your post to a Pending queue for a Moderator to Review/Approve.
