Iconic ‘Poltergeist’ home lists for sale for the first time in 45 years: ‘This house is clean — seriously!’

Look familiar? You could own a piece of Hollywood history: The home featured in the 1982 film “Poltergeist” is up for sale for the first time in 45 years.

Cue the chills.

You could own a piece of Hollywood history: The infamous house from the 1982 horror classic “Poltergeist” has hit the market for the first time in 45 years — minus the paranormal activity, of course.

Nestled in Simi Valley, California, this suburban spookfest, built in 1979, is up for grabs at $1.175 million.

And 4267 Roxbury Street isn’t just any four-bedroom, three-bathroom home. It’s the house where cinematic history was made — and left moviegoers sleeping with the lights on.
