Left-wing megadonor Alex Soros hosted Kamala Harris’ running mate Tim Walz in New York City this week – just a month after he rubbed elbows with high-powered Dems at the DNC.
Soros, the 38-year-old son of billionaire Democratic kingmaker George Soros, posted a string of photos of himself and the Minnesota governor set against the lower Manhattan skyline on Tuesday.
“Such an honor to host VP candidate @timwalz at my home in New York City,” the investor wrote on Instagram.
The high-profile meetup came as dozens of politicians and heads of state from the US and around the world convened on the Big Apple for the United Nations General Assembly.
Soros and his new fiancée, Huma Abedin, were spotted with Walz last month at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
