Affirming a decision that was made in May 2025, and subsequently blocked by an ideological lower court ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court has again affirmed Secretary Kristi Noem can remove the Temporary Protect Status (TPS) from Venezuelan migrants and deport them back to their home country.
