UPPER MARLBORO, Md (ABC7) — A man wanted in connection with the alleged rape of a minor in October, 2019 has been arrested and charged, Prince George’s County Police say.
Police apprehended Shirlante James Jackson on January 24 without incident.
Authorities say the victim disclosed that Jackson had allegedly engaged her in sexual intercourse at her residence in Suitland, Md.
