Hunter Biden asked a judge to postpone his child support deposition until April —after key democratic primaries for his father, former Vice President Joe Biden.
Biden’s attorney filed a motion in Independence County Circuit Court Tuesday that said his client is too busy to appear in Little Rock, Arkansas for the deposition that would be “unduly burdensome and oppressive.”
Attorneys for Luden Alexis Roberts, 28, a former stripper who gave birth to Biden’s child, requested he appear in-person for a court-ordered deposition either on March 3 — which is Super Tuesday — or March 5.
