A bizarre tweet from the official account of the Arizona Republican Party on Monday asked if supporters would sacrifice their lives for President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results.
The party retweeted a post by user Ali Alexander, a right-wing activist promoting efforts to “Stop the Steal,” in which he pledged that he’s “willing to give up my life for this fight.”
“He is. Are you?” the official Arizona GOP account responded.
Trump’s legal team has continued to pursue efforts to dispute the election results in Arizona, though the state officially certified President-elect Joe Biden as the winner of its 11 electoral votes on Nov. 30. The Trump campaign has already lost two lawsuits in the state after no evidence was found of voting irregularities.

In a now-deleted tweet from Monday, the party also posted a movie scene from “Rambo” featuring the quote: “This is what we do, who we are. Live for nothing, or die for something,” according to reporting from The Arizona Republic.
