Republican senators took an oath to be impartial jurors during the impeachment trial, but Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT) met privately with Trump defense attorney David Schoen, CNN reported Friday.
“You have Lindsey Graham and other Republicans actually in plotting strategy with Trump’s lawyers. they are supposed to be impartial jurors, tells you everything you need to know,” CNN’s John King reports.
