Person arrested at PPA protest will faces arson, felony riot charges

PORTLAND, Ore — The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Offices is filing charges against a protester that was arrested at the Portland Police Association building on Tuesday night.

According to the DA’s office, Alma Raven-Guido is facing arson and felony riot charges, among others.

Back in 2020, the charges from that arrest — resisting arrest, disorderly conduct in the second degree and interfering with officers — were ultimately filed as a ‘no complaint.’

In all, Raven-Guido will face the following charges:

  • Arson in the second degree
  • Criminal mischief in the first degree
  • Felony riot
  • Felony riot (from August 2020 arrest)
