Herschel Walker—a former football star—is the Republican Party’s Donald Trump handpicked nominee for United States Senate for Georgia in the 2022 midterms. But Walker faces a mounting number of allegations against him from his family members and former partners and a string of bizarre and incoherent public statements.
Walker was dragged again after he told a story about a bull who got three cows pregnant.
Walker made the remarks at a rally in Arkansas where he appeared alongside the state’s Republican Senator Tom Cotton and Florida Republican Senator Rick Scott.
What Walker appeared to want to communicate—the United States is the best country in the world—was completely lost in translation when he proceeded to tell a story about “this bull out in the field with six cows, and three of them are pregnant.”
His anecdote constituted his most incoherent remarks yet, momentarily stealing the spotlight from reports he fathered several children out of wedlock and he paid for a girlfriend’s abortion and pressured her to get a second one despite coming out against reproductive rights and endorsing a proposal to ban all abortion procedures nationwide—even for cases of rape, incest and when the mother’s life is in jeopardy.
