Trump discussed sensitive nuclear info with billionaire Mar-a-Lago member: report

Just after Donald Trump left the office of the presidency, he reportedly discussed sensitive details about U.S. nuclear submarines with a foreign national at Mar-a-Lago.

Trump, who is currently fighting a criminal case brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith over his handling of confidential records post-presidency, allegedly discussed the information with a club member who happened to be an Australian billionaire. That man then shared the information with numerous others, according to an ABC News report on Thursday.

“The potential disclosure was reported to special counsel Jack Smith’s team as they investigated Trump’s alleged hoarding of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, the sources told ABC News,” according to the report.

The article then continues:

“The information could shed further light on Trump’s handling of sensitive government secrets.”

Further, according to the report, prosecutors and FBI agents have interviewed the individual, Anthony Pratt, multiple times.

“In those interviews, Pratt described how — looking to make conversation with Trump during a meeting at Mar-a-Lago in April 2021 – he brought up the American submarine fleet, which the two had discussed before, the sources told ABC News,” the report states.
