How truly ‘free’ is our free Will? Is it truly free?

Questions

1. Does the blood circulate through your body because you choose it to do so?
2. When you feel fear…in that very first moment, did you choose to feel fear?
   1. When I commit a crime, did I in fact choose to do so? (Read the article cited in the OP first, before deciding!)
