Why Not A “Real” Religion? Take 2

My helper or should I say my amanuensis, Gwenllian, read to me the post from J.P. Bunny, and I have to say I was truly blown away, with the concept of a true religion.  In reality, there is no true religion, well, not one with a true bone fide God, one that can be guaranteed to be true.  Alas, there is no such deity, the Cretans/Greeks tried with Zeus, who came to earth in disguise and fornicated with earthly women, but three thousand years later, we know that Zeus was someone’s imagination.  Like Jesus, he is the creation of a religious sect, in the case of Jesus the Gentiles, who broke-away from its Jewish brother, sometime during the Bar-kokhba revolt (135/6 CE).  The Gentiles missed the Pagan side of religion, with the virgin birth, the trinity, the resurrection, and the magic.  Believe me, magic was big business during the period concerned, Egypt was seen as the mother of all sorcery.  Israel, we are told, banned all magicians performing magic, yet, the Sanhedrin court was crammed pack with master magicians, magic hunters, that persecuted those that performed the black arts.

According to the NT, Jesus was executed for being a Malefactor John 18:28-30, which is Roman code for magician.  This is confirmed by that people, in the so-called days of Jesus, saw him as a magician.  The Church-father Justin Martyr’s first apology, Chapter 30 in his dialogue with Trypho, Was Christ not a magician?  Furthermore, Justin Martyr in his dialogue with the Jew, Trypho, blames the Devil for emulating Jesus, with ancient Gods, such as Bacchus, Hercules, thousands of years be for the birth of Jesus.  Then his rant was over, he wrote: The spring of living water which gushed forth from God in the land destitute of the knowledge of God, namely the land of the Gentiles.  Was this Christ, who also appeared in your nation, and healed those who were maimed, and deaf, and lame in body from their birth, causing them to leap, to hear, and to see, by His word. And having raised the dead, and causing them to live, by His deeds He compelled the men who lived at that time to recognize Him. But though they saw such works, they asserted it was magical art. For they dared to call Him a magician, and a deceiver of the people.  One would say that would be sufficient proof that Jesus was claimed in his time to be a magician.  However, I have not come to what Yahweh and Allah say on the subject of Jesus being a magician.  The Talmud Sanhedrin 43a, verse20; 107b, verse14; Shabbat 104b, verse 5, et al., like the claims of Celsus, through the work of Origen, claim Jesus to be a magician come sorcerer.

The Qur’an no different, but later from the Mid- 7th-century says: And ˹on Judgment Day˺ Allah will say, “O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember My favour upon you and your mother: how I supported you with the Holy Spirit, so, you spoke to people in ˹your˺ infancy and adulthood. How I taught you writing, wisdom, the Torah, and the Gospel. How you moulded a bird from clay—by My Will—and breathed into it, and it became a ˹real˺ bird—by My Will.  How you healed the blind and the lepers—by My Will. How you brought the dead to life—by My Will. How I prevented the Children of Israel from harming you when you came to them with clear proofs and the disbelievers among them, said, “This is nothing but pure magic.” Qur’an Al-Ma’idah 5.110

Like Paul, everything written about Jesus is false, he did not have blood relatives connection in the house of Judah, and according to the NT, Jesus could only call two places, home, Nazareth and Capernaum.  We can surmise that Jesus had family in the region of Tyre and Sidon, as the NT says he entered into a house incognito, and did not want anyone to know of his visit. Mark 7:24, also see Matthew 15:21 and Mark 7:31.  So, whom was Jesus calling on?  Well, Jewish, Christian, Pagan, and philosophers authors, from the very beginning, have argued that the father of Jesus was a Roman soldier, who was the paramour of Mary.  Not many Christian historians took notice, that was until 1859, when a new railway was being built in Bingerbrück, Germany.  During the excavations, they unearthed an ancient Roman burial ground, with nine tombstones.

One of the nine tombstones created a bit of a stir in a segment of the German history establishment; because the tombstone belonged to a Roman soldier or, more precisely, it belonged to a Roman archer of the first cohort Sagittariorum (archers).  Who, like a lot of young soldiers, took the name of his emperor whom he served. The name he chose was Tiberius Iulius, and he added the Latinate form of the Aramaic name Abdes (servant of God). Tiberius Iulius Abdes had been a former standard-bearer for 40 years with the Sagittariorum who had come from the City of Sidon, now in Lebanon, he died at age 62.  Laid to rest in a foreign land some 3,000 km as the crow flies from his home in the Levant.  Pantera probably arrived in Germany in c. 9 CE, when his legion was transferred to serve in the Rhineland, Germany.  Scholars have dated Pantera’s birth and death from the tombstones as being born c. 22 BCE – d. 40 CE. His emperor was Tiberius Julius Caesar, whose reign can be dated precisely as 14-37 CE.Tiberius Iulius Abdes’ praenomen name was Pantera, however, there are various spellings found in documents such as Panthera, Pandira, and Pandeira, etc.All the defunct, and present world religions have no claim to a real god, all their claims were for a truly man-made God! To the inmate in Nebraska, you have as much right to your own “Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, Pastafarianism.” Go for it, crazy as the name is, you have no blood on your hands, nor fakery, and forgery, nor child sexual abuse, you have a clean slate more than the rest can claim.  Keep it clean and true, and you just might have your first convert.
