What is in a Name, nothing if it is not done illegally?

Christian Orthodoxy not only won their theological battles against other Christian sects, they also rewrote the Bible to suit their doctrine.  That includes additional names of people we associate with biblical stories to authenticate doctored narrative.

Have you noticed that most if not all the biblical personages were given a second alien name, why is that?  Was it scribal error such as the last scribe forgot the name the previous scribe added, or was it to create authenticity in the falsified biblical scriptures.   However, Jesus was the odd one out, if we believe some Christian blog sites, one has 150 different nicknames or names and titles for Jesus.  The Greek language played a lot in the names of biblical figures, Jesus got the Greek nickname χρῑστός/Christos, which the Latins turned to Christ.  The Greeks also gave us the Chi-Rho, which is the first two letters of the Greek nickname χρῑστός, as well as ΙΧΘΥΣ, better known as Ichthys/Ikhthys the Fish. Meaning Iesous Christos Theou Yios Soter, i.e. Jesus Christ, Son of God, Saviour.  But, Jesus knew none of these religious concocted names within his life.
We Welsh can also play on biblical names from our surnames, take Jones = Jesus of Nazareth (H)Eli’s (grand)Son.  From the village further up the coast from me, Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, we can make up many Welsh Biblical names, even the Greek Christos?  Names such as: Andras or Andreas for Andrew; Iago for Jacob & James; Aron for Aaron; Abel for Able; Cain for Caine; Barti for Bartholomew; Dewi as in (King) David, to name but a few.  As there is still a load of L’s, O’s, and G’s left, from which we can make several names of Lot, whose wife turned to a pillar of Salt.  However, we must not forget that we can also make the full name Brian Cohen, the more genuine Jesus characters in the “Life of Brian!” See if you too can make other biblical names out of the Welsh placename.  Sorry no prices!
Thomas the Apostle, the twin brother of Jesus, was named Judas, also called Thomas, and Didymus and doubting Thomas, which meant his Aramaic name and his Latin alias meant Twin–Twin.  James, the other Brother of Jesus, was called, the Just!
Peter, he was born Simon bar Jonah, and we are told that he was given the name Cephas (from Aramaic Kepa [“Rock”]; hence Peter, from Petros, a Greek translation of Kepa).  But, Simon was an ignorant Aramaic lake fisher, why would someone give an Aramaic person a foreign name, especially to an illiterate fisherman.  See Acts 4:13.  Peter, Simon’s new name change, came in handy as it confirmed the authenticity of Matthew 16:18, or did it?
Christ added that he had named him Peter, in allusion to his stability or firmness in professing the truth. The word, translated rock, is not the same word as Peter, but is of a similar meaning. Nothing can be more wrong than to suppose that Christ meant the person of Peter was the rock. Without doubt, Christ himself is the Rock, the tried foundation of the church; and woe to him that attempts to lay any other!  A snip-it from Matthew Henry’s commentary on Matthew 16:13.
The tone is strange in Matthew 16:17-19, which is contradicted six verses later in Matthew 16:23Which goes from Simon being blessed by Jesus, and then he is called Peter by his master, who calls him Satan, and can’t stand the sight of Him.
But, to Rome it was a done deal, they had cooked the books, and Peter became the Rock instead of Jesus, and Rome became an apostolic see.   No longer inferior to the more ancient apostolic see’s such as Jerusalem, Antioch, Alexandria, and Kerala.
Saul of Tarsus, I have previously mentioned having the Roman epithet Paulus/Paul, meaning he was small, little, puny, etc.  However, conservative Christians will try, and tell you that Paul was Saul’s birth name.  Or Saul took the name Paul from Lusius Sergius Paulus, who adopted Paul as a client, or that Paul was Saul’s cognomen.  They are clutching at straws, why these lies, there is nothing wrong with telling the truth!  Why don’t the Christians just tell the truth, and say he was small in stature?  Human (Homo) tricubitalis height of Paul is in the apocrypha Acts, or BibleHub’s Matthew Henry Commentary on Acts 9 under verses 1-9, and classical literature, or in any etymology on the name Paul online blog.
Matthew the tax collector is asked by Jesus, well, more like told to follow by Jesus in Matthew 9:9.  However, Matthew, the tax collector in Mark 2:14, is called Levi.  Not only that, even Matthew’s job description is interchangeable.  You will find he is a publican in one verse and a tax collector in another.  Not to worry, in the Greek lexicon (Strong’s 5057) you find the term telónés: tax collector/publican/tax farmer, i.e. collector of public revenue.  And there is you thinking that a publican is a person who owns or manages a bar selling alcoholic drinks, well in today’s dictionaries he is?
James and John, the sons of Zebedee, were called the Boanerges, meaning the sons of thunder, a surname given by our Lord to James and John Mark 3:17 on account of their fervid and impetuous temper Luke 9:54.

Mary Magdalene, who was she? From the New Testament, one can conclude that Miryam of Magdala (her home town, a village on the shore of the Sea of Galilee) was a leading figure among those attracted to Jesus. She when by the English Bible translations names The Magdalene, and Mary of Magdala. However, in 591, Pope Gregory the Great (590-604) called her a prostitute, and that stuck until the modern era. What do you say?
