Vance advocates for expanding child tax credit: “It should be bigger”

Parents with big families are gonna love this.

In an interview on Face the Nation, JD Vance proposed several pro-family policies, including expanding the Child Tax Credit to $5,000 per child, and making childbirth cheaper.

Here’s the exchange:

Vance also noted that as soon as he announced this policy position, the Kamala campaign came out and said they disagreed with the policy.

Vance cited Hungary as an inspiration for these policies. In Hungary, women with 4 or more children will pay no income tax for life.

It seems there’s a pretty stark line forming between the pro-child ticket of Trump/Vance and the pro-abortion ticket of Harris-Walz.
