This question brought about by the comments of a couple of overly devout posters.
Every breath we take, every thought we have, everything we do, is either known by God or he is responsible for it. God is in total control. Nothing possible without him.
Our bad thoughts, anti-God claims, following of non Bible things, means we are worshipping the god of this world, ie., Satan. Satan is the god of this world, which means he is in control.
Both contradictory claims are made by the same posters. This is what they believe, even though it can’t be. If God is in control, Satan isn’t. If Satan is the god of this world, God is out of the picture.
How can you explain this contradiction?
Is there an explanation?
As Star Trek gets around such with techno-babble, is there some religious babble you can pretzel twist to make it sensible?
