In the Bible, Jesus wasn’t around on Earth very long. Aside from the incident with the moneylenders, he was mainly a quiet lad. Preaching about being nice to each other, doing his tricks, and telling others to believe in him and God. He even went to his death quietly, rather than threatening revenge on his murderers. This was not a guy looking to knock heads together.
But, we have the end of days. Jesus is coming back, and it won’t be nice. Horsemen of the Apocalypse, mark of the beast, an unimaginable horror…lead by Jesus. Jesus spitting swords from his mouth. This is the Jesus of revenge and retribution.
Which Jesus is true? If it’s the latter, all that talk of peace and kindness was nothing but a lie or sham.
If the former is true, is all the talk of fire and brimstone nothing but a scare tactic to keep people from wandering away from Christianity?
Assuming Jesus existed, which version is true? Gentle or Terminator?
