Halloween: Particularly scary pumpkin spotted in the USA

Scary carved pumpkins are an integral part of Halloween every year. A particularly gruesome specimen has now appeared in the US state of Wisconsin, which is currently causing fear and terror among millions of people.

Images of the orange, hate-filled face went around the world like wildfire.

It is currently unclear who carved the scary Halloween pumpkin that is being shown in all media and social networks.

It is not surprising, however, that it was spotted in the USA. After all, the country is considered the cradle of this Halloween tradition alongside Ireland.

There is disagreement about what exactly the grotesque creation is supposed to represent. While some see the horror classic “Scream” as inspiration, others see it as a scary version of the orange Oompa Loompas from the film “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”.

It is at least reassuring: pumpkins do not last very long and usually disappear again just a few days after Halloween. Experts therefore hope that the whole nightmare will be over by next Wednesday at the latest.
