One of Biden’s most often repeated campaign promises in the 2020 election was to ‘unify’ the United States after the Black Lives Matter riots in the summer of 2020 that heightened racial tensions. Since taking office, Biden has been one of the most divisive Presidents in history, attacking reporters for asking him challenging questions and telling people who are skeptical of the vaccine that they face a ‘winter of death’. People who supported his pledge to end racial tensions and support racial minorities finally have something to be excited about with the President writing an executive order to fund ‘racial equity’ measures. One component of the executive order aimed at achieving racial equity is to distribute $30 million worth of crack pipes and drug kits to ‘disadvantaged’ communities. President Biden’s son Hunter Biden has been a frequent user of crack cocaine. The Free Beacon Reports-
“The Biden administration is set to fund the distribution of crack pipes to drug addicts as part of its plan to advance “racial equity.”
The $30 million grant program, which closed applications Monday and will begin in May, will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to help make drug use safer for addicts. Included in the grant, which is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, are funds for “smoking kits/supplies.” A spokesman for the agency told the Washington Free Beacon that these kits will provide pipes for users to smoke crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, and “any illicit substance.”
