One month ago, I published the OP in the link on the topic of horses in the Book of Mormon.
Here’s the verse in question: ““And they also had horses, and asses, and there were elephants and cureloms and cumoms; all of which were useful unto man, and more especially the elephants and cureloms and cumoms.”
Now that the horses have been discussed, it’s time to move on to the next set of animals.
So, what do you think “cureloms” and “cumoms” were? Could they simply be names for animals that already existed in North America when the Mormons’ ancestors showed up? Or were they two entirely different species that science has yet to discover?
